Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Norton, who prefers to be called Robert.
The 88-year-old was last seen at an address on Rockaway Drive in Viewbank around 4pm this afternoon, 21 October.
Family and police are concerned due to his age and health conditions
Police have released an image of Robert in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Robert is deaf and does not have his hearing aids with him.
He is described at approximately 170cm tall with a stocky build and is bald.
He was last seen wearing a navy t-shirt and a beige jumper.
It is believed he is travelling on foot and may use public transport.
He frequents the Heidelberg and Greensborough areas.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
