The Minister for Energy and Decarbonisation recently announced the regulation of the supply of electricity in embedded networks and under On-Site Power Supply arrangements, as prescribed services under the Alternative Electricity Services (AES) registration framework.
Consultation on the AES prescribing regulations is open until 5:00pm (AWST) 27 February 2026.
