We're bringing Council's services to you! To make Council more accessible to our community, our Customer Service Centre will be popping up at towns and villages across the Hawkesbury.
Council recognises that standard business hours aren't always convenient for all residents, and that while many transactions and needs can be managed via our call centre, Windsor service centre and online self-service on our Council website, face-to-face conversations are still an important part of our connection with the community.
Customer Service Centre pop-ups place a special focus on outlying communities and local events and offer a variety of weekday and weekend pop-up times to maximise accessibility.
Whether you want to learn more about Council services or exhibitions, report an issue, or lodge a request, these pop‑ups provide a convenient way to do so in your own neighbourhood and outside regular business hours and without needing to travel.
