Thousands of motorsport enthusiasts will descend on Rockhampton over next year's Easter Long Weekend for Queensland's largest car and bike festival - Rare Spares Rockynats 04.
Rare Spares Rockynats will return in 2024 after a record-breaking event in 2023.
Rockhampton Regional Council Mayor, Cr Tony Williams, said the excitement was already building for next year's event and he is confident that it would be bigger and better than ever.
"This is a really significant event for our region, taking place across what is traditionally a quiet long weekend," Mayor Williams said.
"Council is really proud to have built this event over successive years in partnership with Summernats."
"Our message to everyone is simple – there's only one thing to do Easter long weekend and that's visit the Rockhampton Region and participate in the high-octane fun that is Rockynats."
As excitement builds for Rockynats 2024, Summernats co-owner Andy Lopez is encouraging entrants and spectators to secure their tickets to the largest horsepower party in Queensland before they sell-out.
