COVID-19 cases identified in south-east

Queensland has recorded two new cases of COVID-19 in the community, with contact tracing and testing underway after two people tested positive.

A Public Health Alert has been issued for parts of the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

We are asking all Queenslanders to regularly monitor the list of exposure venues on the Queensland Health website and follow the public health advice.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms at any time, no matter how mild, you should immediately get tested for COVID.

People who are currently eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine can book an appointment at a vaccination location in Queensland.
