COVID-19 update on Council Services and Programs

Greater Shepparton City Council is monitoring and responding to State and Federal government requirements in the management of the COVID-19 emergency.

In adhering to the latest direction from the State Government regarding the shutdown of non-essential activity across the state to combat the spread of COVID-19, from 5pm Tuesday 24 March 2020, the following changes are required to Council’s services to slow the spread of COVID-19 while maintaining a level of business continuity:

Customer Service Modification

Customer Service Reception/Counter is closed for face-to-face service, however Customer Service is continued to be provided via:

  • Calling 5832 9700 Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 5:00pm
