Due to works conducted by Citipower, Cremorne Street (between Jessie Street and Kelso Street) will be closed to traffic during the day on weekdays from 21 July 2025 to 1 September 2025.
To mitigate impact on peak-hour traffic, the works will take place from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. The road will be reopened to traffic in the evenings and on weekends.
Footpaths will remain open for pedestrian use, with some minor detours in place for safety.
While all works are expected to take place during the day, Council will notify the community if evening works are required.
Residents of Cremorne Street will have access to their properties via rear accessways.
