Police can now formally release the name of the woman who died following a fatal crash in Manurewa on 27 August.
She was Monique Marie Jennifer Lay, 27, of Ōtara.
Police extend our condolences to Monique's loved ones during this difficult time.
The critical incident investigation remains ongoing, and Police are continuing to establish the full circumstances around what unfolded that evening.
