This ethos underpins their service, giving them focus and a means by which they measure their success as a company.

Recently they sought feedback from their customers to determine how well they were meeting their objectives. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with customers not just happy with the value and quality of the work, but noting the transformation having a backyard pool made in their lives:
