Council's Customer Service Centre at Spence Street will be closed today and tomorrow due to staff shortages as a result of COVID-19.
Residents can still contact Council via the customer service number, 1300 692 247.
Non-urgent matters can also be logged at any time via Council's website or through the free My Cairns app, which can be downloaded to mobile devices from Google Play and the App Store.
