Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a cyclist was killed in a collision in Tarneit this afternoon.
It is believed the cyclist collided with a truck near the intersection of Dunraven Drive and Selbourne Avenue about 1pm.
Sadly, the cyclist died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.
The truck driver stopped at the scene and is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The exact circumstances are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
