Road closures are in place after collision between a cyclist and a car in the Blue Mountains tonight today, NSW Police say.
The crash occurred just before 5pm on the Hawkesbury Road at Winmalee near the intersection of Halcyon Avenue.
The male cyclist sustained serious injuries and was been en left seriously injured and was taken to Nepean Hospital for further treatment.
The male car driver stopped after the crash and is speaking with police.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers.
