The Wollongong residents held one of the 16 division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Lotto draw 4651 drawn Saturday 14 February 2026. Each division one winning entry scored $1.25 million.
The gleeful pair had no idea they'd won and were left in complete shock by the million-dollar revelation.
"Oh my goodness!" the winning husband screamed.
"Is this true? It's not a joke?
"Thank you so much! I hope I don't have a heart attack. I need to sit down.
"We were just heading out the door. I can't believe this.
"We have a big family so we can share it. We even have great grandchildren. Everyone can get some.
"We couldn't have a better day than this. My wife is crying with joy.
"We are so excited. Now we need to settle down!"
Their winning marked 8-game entry was purchased from newsXpress Dapto, Shop G106, Dapto Mall, Princes Hwy & Moombara St, Dapto.
