Police investigating a homicide on Hoeroa Street, Dargaville on 7 October can now release the name of the man who died.
He was Garry Hazelton, 64, of Dargaville.
Police extend our condolences to his loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.
The homicide investigation into Mr Hazelton's death remains ongoing, with Police working to establish the circumstances.
