The Data Linkage Services website is now part of the WA Health website.
The Data Linkage Services team manages the Western Australian Data Linkage System, one of the most comprehensive linkage systems in the world.
Data linkage connects information from different data sources that are thought to relate to the same person, family, place or event and is used to inform research to improve outcomes for the Western Australian community.
This transition strengthens security and ensures compliance with WA Health standards, reflecting our ongoing commitment to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly services to the WA Health community.
All services and support will be maintained on the new platform, including forms, dashboards and pricing calculators.
Key details:
- New site: As of 15 January, data linkage is part for the WA Health website.
- Decommissioning: The old data linkage WordPress site will be retired on 22 January 2026.
- Access to resources: All documents and dashboards remain available on the new site, ensuring continuity for staff and service users.
- Action required: URLs and bookmarks will change. Staff are encouraged to update these once the new pages are live.
