Deliveries to certain countries have resumed

Australia Post

Following a brief suspension, International air services to India, Malaysia, Philippines and Bhutan resumed on Monday 25 October 2021. Services to Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar and Kuwait resumed on Monday 18 October 2021.

Any item we've received for delivery to these destinations during the suspension will be sent now that services have recommenced.

Deliveries to Korea and Taiwan remain suspended until further notice due to an ongoing lack of air freight capacity. Items sent up to the suspension date (22 September) will be delivered, though delays should be expected.

Parcel deliveries to Ireland remain suspended until further notice, although letter services will continue. We'll return any parcels sent to Ireland, wherever return details are available. All senders will be able to claim a postage refund for returned items. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your return before lodging a refund request.

We'll continue to keep you updated on our international services, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
