Digital Plan Transforming Service Delivery

The Territory Labor Government is enhancing the delivery, convenience and accessibility of digital government services through the launch of the Digital Transformation Plan.

The plan continues the NT Government's digital transformation journey towards a more streamlined and convenient service for Territorians and businesses.

It outlines five key transformation priorities for Government, including:

an online service portal that will act as a single digital entry point to access government servicesindividual digital identities for Territory citizens and businesses, making it faster for customers to access their records and prepopulate online government formsimproving how Government captures, stores, shares and analyses NT Government datamodernising current digital government platforms to make them easier to useincreasing staff confidence with digital services through training opportunities.

It will ensure that businesses and individuals have convenient online access in a secure environment that will make it easier to do business with Government, and to connect to and use services.

This will deliver economic and lifestyle benefits through efficiencies, ease of access and time savings.
