A man has drowned while diving at Cape Schanck this evening, Victoria Police say.
The man was with a male friend in waters off Cape Schanck Road when he got into trouble shortly after 6.30pm.
His body was retrieved from rocks by the emergency helicopter.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
