Dob In Dodgy Participant

We are committed to protecting the integrity of our schemes. Any dishonest act to obtain benefits or cause losses constitutes fraud. As Australia's carbon reporting, clean energy and nature repair sectors grow, so too does the risk of fraud.

Whistleblowers play a crucial role in uncovering non-compliance and fraud. We've made it easier than ever to report suspicious activities anonymously through our page on the Whispli platform.

Thanks to vigilant reporting, we've been able to spot false claims or misleading documentation, and take enforcement action.

We encourage you to report people or businesses doing the wrong thing in our schemes. That includes, but is not limited to:

  • entities providing false information in their applications
  • entities who fail to declare matters which may affect their Fit and Proper Person (FPP) status. This includes their association with entities that have previously been deemed to not be FPP and removed from our schemes. See further information on our FPP posture.

We consider all reports under our compliance policy for education, monitoring and enforcement activities.

Report fraud now.
