Mayor Nina Dillon urged the community to get involved:

"These plans shape the services, infrastructure and investments that directly impact our region. I encourage everyone to view the documents and share their feedback—It is a vital part of how we plan for our future together."

The plans, prepared under the Local Government Act 1993, were informed by Councillor briefing sessions and community needs. Key features include a major capital works program, proposed adjustments to rates and charges, and financial sustainability measures. Community input is vital to shaping these plans before final adoption by Council.
