Melbourne woman has turned a decades-old dream into a million-dollar reality, winning $1 million in the Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2024.
Her unique story of premonition, involving numbers seen in a vision 30 years ago, led to securing the sole division one prize nationally in draw 4365.
Ecstatic about her win, the Melbourne local shared her disbelief and joy:
“I checked our ticket just after the draw. I never miss a draw.
“I play this ticket for my children – it’s a family syndicate.
“These are numbers that I dreamed of many years ago. I dreamed that I won using these numbers, so we’ve been playing them for the past 30 years.
“I never doubted I would win – never!
“Even last year, I told my friend I knew I would win someday.
“We’ve had small wins with those numbers but now the big one!
“This will be a huge help to my family. I can’t wait to tell them."
The woman’s winning marked 10 game entry was purchased at Sunshine Plaza News & Lotto, Shop T11 Sunshine Plaza, 324-328 Hampshire Road, Sunshine.
The team at Sunshine Plaza News & Lotto said they were over the moon after selling a division one winning entry and wished their winner all the best for the future.
