A 21-year-old woman was detected drink driving in Baranduda this morning.
Police intercepted a car on the Kiewa Valley Highway just before 1am.
The female driver and sole occupant of the car returned a positive preliminary breath test and was taken to Wodonga Police Station.
At the police station it is alleged the Wodonga woman returned an evidentiary breath test of .211.
The woman had her licence suspended for 12 months and her car was impounded for a cost of $1,115.
She will be summonsed to appear at a Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
