Driver suffers serious injuries in crash - Kemps Creek

A man remains in a serious condition after crashing his car into a tree at Kemps Creek yesterday.

About 5.30pm (Tuesday 12 May 2020), a Holden Commodore, being driven by a 54-year-old man, was leaving a driveway on Devonshire Road when he lost control after allegedly performing a burnout.

The vehicle crashed into a tree and trapped the driver.

Emergency services were called, and the driver was removed from the vehicle. He suffered multiple fractures to his pelvis and ribs, as well as internal injuries.

He was taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and would like to speak with anyone who may have information that could assist.
