To confront the pandemic and deal with its implications, individuals, Government agencies and the private sector across the Arab region used digital technologies to protect lives, maintain social interaction and ensure the continuity of education, businesses, and public services.
An AFSD session on 16 March delved into multi-stakeholder efforts that drive digital transformation for sustainable recovery.
The session was an avenue to share the experiences of various stakeholder groups in transforming the digital space, and to identify policy options to capitalize on this transformation for a sustainable recovery.
