Drug Taskforce arrest four and seize drugs and chemicals

Detectives from the Drug Taskforce have arrested four people a seized drugs and chemicals after executing a number of search warrants this morning.

Three search warrants were executed as part of the 6-month long operation in Delahey, St Albans, and Abbotsford.

A man and a woman, both aged in their 20's, and a man aged in his 50's were arrested at the Delahey address, a and a man in his 20's was arrested in St Albans.

Investigators have seized a large quantity of what is believed to be Heroin and amounts of what is believed to be methamphetamine.

Chemicals suspected of being used in connection with manufacturing of drugs have also been located.

All four persons remain in custody assisting investigators with their enquiries, and police continue to search the addresses.
