Southern Metro Division 3 Divisional Response Unit police executed a search warrant in Butterwick Terrace, Cranbourne East, on November 13 in relation to alleged drug offending.
Officers seized a large quantity of several alleged drugs of dependence as well as alleged imitation firearms and restricted weapons.
A 26-year-old Cranbourne man has been charged with several offences including trafficking drug of dependence, possess drug of dependence and possess imitation firearms.
He was remanded to face Dandenong Magistrates Court on 2 December.
A 22-year-old Cranbourne East woman was arrested and released pending summons.
