Macquarie Regional Library will host acclaimed Australian author Fiona Lowe at the Dubbo Library for an in-conversation event on Tuesday 24 March from 4:30pm until 5:30pm.
Fiona Lowe has published dozens of books and is well-known for her emotionally rich novels that explore family, relationships and life in small-town settings.
Fiona Lowe's books are contemporary, general fiction as well as romance, many of which feature warm, relatable characters facing real-life challenges.
"Come along and listen to Fiona Lowe as she discusses her latest book, The Drowning," Macquarie Regional Library Manager Kathryn McAlister said.
"Fiona Lowe's books are popular with our members, and we are sure people will enjoy listening to her talk about her latest novel," Ms McAlister said.
The Drowning is a contemporary mystery novel about family, secrets and division. If you are a fan of Liane Moriarty or Sally Hepworth, you will love this latest book from Fiona Lowe.
"We have a number of author talks coming up throughout the year and these events are always a great way to learn about the author's writing process and the story behind the story," Ms McAlister said.
Fiona Lowe's books will be available to purchase at the event courtesy of The Book Connection.
Bookings essential at www.mrl.nsw.gov.au/events or by contacting the Dubbo Library on 6804 4510.
