Earlwood road rage dashcam vision sought, NSW

Police are appealing for information as they investigate a road rage incident at Earlwood, NSW Police say.

Officers from Campsie Police Area Command have been provided with vision of the incident, believed to have started about 4.30pm on Friday (24 August 2018).

Police have been told three incidents occurred, with the first on Bexley Road, near Homer Street, at Kingsgrove, when the drivers of a 2010-model Toyota Hilux ute and a 2015-model Toyota RAV4 failed to merge smoothly.

A second incident was at the intersection of Bexley Road and William Street, Earlwood, when punches were exchanged between the drivers.

In the third incident, both vehicles were stopped at traffic lights at Canterbury Road, Campsie, when there was a further altercation between the drivers.

Police have spoken with the driver of the RAV4, a 31-year-old man from Lakemba, who sustained facial injuries.

Police are making inquiries into the identity of the other driver, and are seeking witnesses to the incident.

While investigators have viewed some vision of the incidents, they are still appealing for anyone with mobile phone or dashcam vision to contact Campsie Police or Crime Stoppers.
