Enter premises and unlawful use of motor vehicle, Nerang

Police have charged a 15-year-old boy after two electric motorcycles and riding equipment was stolen from a Nerang motorcycle training centre on September 4.

It will be alleged that around 3:00am, two people forced entry to the Lawrence Drive business by smashing the front window and stole two electric bikes, a motorcycle helmet and a number of motorcycle jackets.

Following investigations by Detectives from Task Force Latro West, a 15-year-old Nerang boy was arrested on September 6.

The boy was charged with one count each of enter premises and commit an indictable offence by break and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

He is scheduled to appear at Southport Childrens' Court at a later date.

Investigations continue.
