We are expanding the MyFWC portal to allow for dismissal cases to be managed online from start to finish. These changes will be available from Monday 19 October 2026.
To implement the changes, we need to take the portal offline. As a result, MyFWC will be unavailable from 8 pm AEDT on Friday 16 October until 8am AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026.
