Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man following an assault in Braybrook yesterday evening (10 December)., Victoria Police say
Investigators have been told an altercation occurred between two groups of men in Castley Crescent about 9.30pm.
It is believed two men were struck by a car, before being assaulted by the occupants.
The offenders then fled in a silver hatchback.
A 44-year-old Braybrook man was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
A 40-year-old Braybrook man was also taken to hospital with life threatening injuries where he later died.
