Major Crash officers have charged a man after an investigation into a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Henley Brook on Thursday, 13 June 2019.
It will be alleged around 6:40am a 2016 Fiat Ducato panel van travelling east along Gnangara Road has collided with a 2018 Kenworth Truck and semi-trailer combination turning out of Robert Street.
The driver of the Fiat, a 20-year-old man, was conveyed to hospital but later died of injuries sustained in the crash.
Following enquiries a 56-year-old Henley Brook man, the driver of the prime mover, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and will appear at Midland Magistrates Court on 4 December 2019.
