About 4.40am, police received a report of a crash involving the rider of a KTM off-road motorcycle on
Flynn Drive between Henwood Close and Spinifex place.
Emergency services attended the scene and located a 24-year-old man with critical injuries who sadly
died at the scene.
Detectives are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the off-road motorcycle travelling in the area prior
