Major Crash Officers are investigating whether a medical episode contributed to a man's death at Morgan last night.
Just after 8pm, Sunday 22 September, police and emergency services were called to Fourth Street, Morgan after reports a car had hit a pole.
Sadly, a 76-year-old Morgan man died at the scene. He was the only occupant of the car.
Major Crash investigators attended the scene. The car has been towed and the street reopened.
This man's death takes the interim road toll to 82 compared to 55 at the same time last year.
