Fatal House Fire: Emergency Crews Rush to Spring Farm

An investigation is underway after a fatal house fire near Camden overnight.

Just after 12.25am (Tuesday 26 August 2025), emergency services were called to Corder Drive, Spring Farm, following reports of a house fire.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command attended the scene and located a house well alight.

Fire and Rescue NSW attended and extinguished the blaze; however, the home was destroyed.

A body was located inside the home and is yet to be formally identified.

Two other occupants present at the time were able to self-evacuate.

They were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to hospital with minor injuries.

A crime scene has been established and police commenced an investigation into the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
