Fatal traffic crash at Bray Park, QLD

A single vehicle crash at Bray Park last night claimed the life of a man and left three other people hospitalised with life-threatening injuries, Queensland Police say.

Preliminary investigations indicate a vehicle was travelling west on Samsonvale Road at around 11.35pm when it left the roadway, mounted the gutter and collided with a large tree.

A 23-year-old man from Windsor was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Three other people in the car – two men and a woman, all from Brisbane and aged 19, 22 and 22- sustained critical injuries and were transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are continuing.
