A 34-year-old man has died following a fatal motorbike crash in Mount Cotton this afternoon, May 30.
Initial information indicates around 5.20pm, a motorbike was travelling south along Mount Cotton Road when it collided with a stationary vehicle. The rider was thrown from the motorcycle and struck a northbound vehicle.
The rider, a 34-year-old Wellington Point man, sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
The occupants of the other vehicles were not physically injured.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam from the area is urged to contact police.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
