The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Grosvenor yesterday afternoon, May 26.
Initial investigations indicate, about 5.05pm a red Ford Laser and a grey Mitsubishi Lancer were travelling in opposite directions on the Burnett Highway near the intersection of A Creek Road, when the two-vehicles have collided.
Upon arrival, emergency services located the Mitsubishi Lancer fully engulfed in flames.
The driver and sole occupant of the Ford, a 42-year-old Cracow woman, was declared deceased at the scene.
Two occupants of the Mitsubishi were also declared deceased at the scene.
Investigations into the cause are ongoing.
