Police are appealing for information after firearms were stolen during a break and enter in the state's Central West.
Between 2pm Thursday (1 August 2019) and 8.30am Friday (2 August 2019), nine firearms were stolen from a home on Brought Street at Cobar.
Among the stolen firearms were eight handguns and one air rifle.
Officers attached to Central North Police District were notified of the theft and commenced an investigation.
A crime scene was examined, and Detectives are investigating several lines of inquires to identify those involved.
