On August 29,Haikou's first marine industry agglomeration area,the Shichuanglian Innovation Factory (hereinafter referred to as the Factory), settled in the International Science and Technology Innovation Center of Haikou National Hi-tech Zone, and the Haikou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau officially awarded the license.
The Factory attracts a total investment of RMB 300 million and has a usable area of 50,000 square meters. At present, it has four major industrial sections: marine economic industrial agglomeration area, cultural and creative base, offshore innovation base and hi-tech zone comprehensive office area.
At the awarding ceremony, seven marine industry enterprises signed contracts to settle in the marine industry agglomeration area.
As the first marine industry agglomeration area in Haikou, the Factory is committed to promoting the innovation development of marine economy and fostering new momentum of development. Currently, it has signed contracts with 19 enterprises to optimize the business environment and create ideal office space for marine industry enterprises by providing all-round supporting services.
The Factory also has a series of supporting service facilities such as the international talent service center, industrial cooperation display center, shared conference center, and Haifang Zhiguan International Talent Apartment, which fully empower park enterprises in terms of capital, talent, and industry resources.
