Over the past year, the ILR School's Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) has worked with a group of senior HR business partners (HRBPs), chief HR officers and business leaders from across its partner companies to develop the World-Class HRBP Framework. This comprehensive model, which will be explored throughout a free, five-part eCornell webcast series, aims to define key elements of the role of HRBPs and to set a standard for what "great" looks like.
The first keynote in the series will be held on Thursday, Oct. 16, at 11 a.m.
