Daniel W.
Dwyer, U.S.
Navy, for appointment to the rank of vice admiral and assignment as commander, Second Fleet/commander, Joint Forces Command Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia.
Dwyer is currently serving as director, Plans and Policy, J5, United States Cyber Command, Fort Meade, Maryland.
