MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING AT DALY RIVER POLICE STATION
River levels along the Daly River at Daly River Police Station fell below the major flood level early Sunday morning and are expected to continue falling throughout the week.
Isolated showers and storms are possible across parts of the Daly River catchment over the next few days but are not expected to cause any significant river level rises.
Daly River above Douglas River:
River levels are elevated but gradually easing along the Daly River.
Lower Daly River:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Lower Daly River.
The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is currently at 13.78 m and falling slowly, with moderate flooding. The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is likely to remain above the moderate flood level (13.10 m) until Thursday. River levels may fall below the minor flood level (12.60 m) during Friday.
