Flushed With Success

Billilla Mansion's upgraded public toilets are now open.

The facilities were upgraded over the winter to increase the number of cubicles and improve accessibility so that all visitors are comfortable.

There are now seven cubicles, including two ambulant and one accessible cubicle.

The project was funded by Council, costing $950,000.

Designed to respect Billilla's historic character, the new facilities remain within the previous toilet footprint and are complemented by new landscaping and plantings.

The toilets opened to the public in time for the recent Broadway at Billilla event.
