Four Charged After Green Valley Pursuit

A woman and three teenagers will face court over a pursuit in Sydney's south west yesterday.

About 11am on Friday 17 April 2026, officers attached to State Crime Command's Raptor Squad were patrolling on Wallgrove Road, Eastern Creek, when they attempted to stop a black SUV.

Checks revealed the vehicle was stolen from Liverpool about 11.20pm on Thursday 16 April 2026.

When it failed to stop as directed, a pursuit was initiated.

The pursuit continued through Green Valley Road, near Cowpasture Road, Green Valley, where the driver – a 14-year-old boy – and three passengers – an 18-year-old woman and two girls aged 14 and 13 – were arrested after the vehicle crashed into the gutter.

Officers attached to North West Metropolitan Region arrived and the boy was taken to Liverpool Hospital for further treatment under police guard.

He was charged with drive conveyance taken without consent of owner, never licensed person drive vehicle on road (two counts), steal motor vehicle, drive conveyance taken without consent of owner, and police pursuit – not stop – drive dangerously.

Police will allege in court that the boy was involved in another alleged vehicle theft in Ashfield on Monday 30 March 2026.

He was refused to appear via a bedside hearing before Children's Court tomorrow (Saturday 18 April 2026).

The three passengers were taken to Liverpool Police Station where they were all charged with be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner.

The woman was granted conditional bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday 6 May 2026.

The two girls were granted conditional bail to appear at Children's Court on Monday 4 May 2026.
