NSW Police and emergency services are currently on scene at The Hume Highway after a large gumtree fell on five cars in Warwick Farm.
Four people have been taken to Liverpool Hospital, a woman is in a serious condition and three men remain stable.
The Hume Highway at Warwick Farm has been closed in both directions as crews attempt to clean up debris and clear the road.
