Frankston drink driver nabbed

Frankston police intercepted an alleged drink driver in Frankston last night.

Officers first sighted the red Mazda sedan exiting a service station on Skye Road without its headlights on about 11pm.

When police were able to catch up to the 39-year-old woman from Skye, she underwent a preliminary roadside breath test.

When police requested she accompany them to the station to undergo an evidentiary breath test, the woman refused.

She is expected to be charged on summons with a number of drink-driving offences.
