Mayor Cr Jennifer Anderson said it is exciting to see such a fantastic program on offer, which focuses on the health and wellbeing of members of our community. As well as having physical benefits, fitness activities can also do wonders for mental health and social connection, as well as helping individuals build a sense of achievement and empowerment.

"Many of us have been quite passive the last couple of years due to COVID, and there is definitely a renewed interest in getting active and improving energy levels. This program is a great way to keep fit, especially over the colder winter months. The indoor classes provide a fun environment to get active and meet new friends. If you haven't tried any LesMills classes yet, now is the perfect time to give it a go!" she said.

The program launches Monday 2 May, with free classes on offer until Saturday 7 May.
