Feel the rhythm of summer every Friday night in February at Summer Sounds, Nillumbik's family-favourite outdoor music series at Edendale Community Environment Farm.

Bring your friends, family and picnic blanket and enjoy an evening of live music under the stars. Each themed night features a line-up of talented artists performing everything from acoustic pop and indie-folk to country, 60s rock and global beats.

The outdoor event offers something for everyone, whether you're discovering new local acts, dancing along to world rhythms or relaxing on the grass with your own picnic or something tasty from Café Eden or the BBQ tent.

Nillumbik Mayor, Naomi Joiner said, "This program is a fantastic way to celebrate and support live music and performance in Nillumbik, and we're so pleased that the community loves it too."

Edendale Ward Councillor Kelly Joy said, "There's nothing quite like Edendale on a summer evening. The music, the setting and the sense of community, makes Summer Sounds a wonderful Nillumbik experience,"

"It's the perfect way to unwind at the end of the week, catch up with friends and celebrate live music in one of our most beautiful outdoor spaces; Edendale Community Environment Farm."
