Garage Sale Trail goes virtual

Brimbank City Council is set to join Australia’s biggest community and sustainability event for the fourth year running on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2020.

The event this year, the Garage Sale Trail: Recovery Edition, encourages residents to make and save money by buying and selling second-hand goods, reducing waste and reusing items in the process.

For the first time ever Brimbank City Council will deliver the Trail as a virtual garage sale event.

This online alternative ensures COVID-19 safety measures remain in place and keep the community safe whilst allowing everyone to participate in the initiative which aims to divert landfill and farewell fast fashion.

Join us for the virtual Garage Sale Trail, an online event for all. Registrations are free and now open to anyone who wants to host a sale or shop the trail.
